How do I create an account?+
Tap Sign In, then Create Account. You will need to be 18 or over and confirm your email address.
Do I need an account to enter?+
You need an account to buy tickets online. You can enter any competition free by post without an account.

How many tickets can I buy?+
Each competition has a per-person limit shown on its page. This keeps things fair and the odds meaningful.
Do I need to enter the main draw to win an Instant Win?+
No. Instant Wins are separate. You buy a ticket, reveal it, and the result shows immediately. Winning tickets are paid out the same working day for cash prizes; physical items ship next-day tracked.

How does the wallet work?+
You top your wallet up from your account, then spend the balance on tickets. Winnings are credited straight back to your wallet.
Can I withdraw my wallet balance?+
Yes. Any unspent balance and your winnings can be withdrawn to your bank from the Wallet area of your account.

When are the live draws?+
How do the live draws work?+
Three times a week, on Sunday, Wednesday and Friday at 8pm UK time, we go live on @gimmegiveaways.uk. A random number generator selects the winning ticket from the closed pool, on camera, in real time. No edits, no reshoots. Winners are contacted within the hour and told personally before any public announcement.

How will I know if I have won?+
We call and email you straight after the draw, and your win appears in your account immediately. Winners are also published on the Winners wall.

Where do I send postal entries?+
To the PO Box shown on the Postal Entry page. Make sure your entry arrives before the competition closes.
What does the free postal entry actually mean?+
Every paid draw can be entered for free by sending a postcard with your details and your answer to the skill question. Postal entries are weighted identically to paid entries: same pool, same odds, same draw. We've had postal winners; it isn't a token gesture.

Can I set limits on my spending?+
Yes. From your account you can set deposit and spend limits, take a time-out, or self-exclude at any time.
Is this gambling?+
Our competitions are prize competitions that require a genuine element of skill to enter, with a free entry route, so they sit outside the Gambling Act. We still take responsible play seriously and offer the same tools.

Can I cancel my membership at any time?+
Yes. One click in your account, with no retention questionnaire, no hold music. Your remaining entries for the current cycle still draw at their scheduled times.
