How do I enter a competition?+
Simply create an account, choose the competition you wish to enter, answer the skill-based question correctly and purchase your entries. Once your payment has been successfully processed, your entries will be allocated and visible within your account.
Is there really a free way to enter?+
Yes. Every paid competition has a free postal route with identical odds. Send a postcard with your details and the answer to the skill question before the competition closes. Full details are on our Postal Entry page.
How quickly do winners get paid?+
Cash prizes are sent the same evening, usually within an hour of the draw. Physical prizes and trips are arranged with you directly and hand-delivered or booked within days.
Can I trust the draw is fair?+
We publish a sealed hash of the draw seed before entries close, then reveal the seed afterwards so anyone can verify the result was not tampered with. Use the Verify a Win tool to check any ticket.
What happens if a competition does not sell out?+
If a comp does not reach its minimum ticket threshold, the draw still goes ahead at the published time and every entrant is refunded in full. We never run filler.
How do I pay for tickets?+
Top up your wallet, then buy tickets in a couple of taps. Your balance, entries and wins all live in your account.
