Every paid competition can be entered free by post, weighted exactly the same as a bought ticket. It isn't a loophole we hope you'll overlook — it's a front-door route, printed on every draw, and people genuinely win this way.
No account needed, no small print to decode. A postcard and a stamp put you in exactly the same pot as everyone who paid — here's the whole of it.
A plain postcard or a sheet of paper, your choice. Print your full name, address, date of birth and a contact email or phone number so we can reach you if you win.
Add the competition you want and its lot number, then answer the skill question for that draw. The question is on every competition page, right by the entry button.
Pop a stamp on and send it to the address below. It needs to reach us before the draw closes at 8pm — allow a few days for the post, especially over a weekend.
Your postal entry is logged and weighted exactly the same as a paid ticket — same draw, same odds, same RNG. No second-class queue, no catch.
Copy the lot opposite onto a postcard, double-check you've answered the skill question, and send it our way. That's a valid free entry.
"In a standard full round of golf, how many holes are played?"
Each draw sets its own — find it on the competition page beside the entry button.Short, and exactly what they say. The full terms of entry go further, but nothing in them contradicts a word of this.
Each separately posted card or sheet counts as one entry. Want more entries? Send more cards — there's no limit, and it's still free bar the stamps.
Entries are by receipt, not postmark. If it lands after 8pm on the draw day it rolls to the next eligible draw in that competition, or is returned if none remains.
Like every entry, paid or postal, a correct answer to the draw's skill-based question is what makes this a competition and not a lottery. Wrong answers can't be entered.
We can only enter what we can read. If a card is missing details or we can't make it out, we'll do our best to contact you — but clear block capitals are your friend.
Thirty-one of the names on the winners' wall came in by post — including a £4,800 St Andrews weekend drawn from a single stamped postcard. Same pool, same RNG, same live draw. We've got the receipts.
